Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager for distribution is responsible for leading the planning team and the inventory health of the Sika distribution network. Inventory health includes product availability at our distribution centers, distribution center capacity management, inventory turns and minimizing storage, transportation and obsolescence costs.
What You Will Do
Grow, develop, and motivate a high performing team of distribution planning professionals. Maximize product turns and minimize scrap risk in the distribution network. Represent distribution network capacity with business and production planning.

Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Must have good math skills, including the ability to work with fractions, decimals and percentages. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Programs and SAP as an intermediate user.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business management
- 7+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or forecasting in the chemical or retail industry
- APICS certification a plus
- Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
- Must have good math skills, including the ability to work with fractions, decimals and percentages
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Programs and SAP as an intermediate user
