Role OverviewThe Senior Director – Business Services for Intelligent Supply Chain Operations (CPG Customer Development) will be responsible for developing, scaling, and delivering Customer Development and Commercial Operations solutions for Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) clients across North America. With a strong business and commercial focus, this role will engage with CPG clients to design and deliver integrated supply chain and customer development capabilities, bridging planning, order-to-cash, and customer collaboration.
What You Will Do
Lead presales client engagements and large deal pursuits across North America in CPG Customer Development, lead and steer customer project, consulting, and Business Services (BPO) engagements focused on Order-to-Cash and Customer Operations, and contribute to creation of CPG-specific offerings including customer collaboration and order management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 15–20+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Development, or Commercial Operations within CPG
- Experience in Business Services, Shared Services, or BPO environments
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Trade Promotion, and Customer Collaboration
- Strong understanding of CPG industry and retailer ecosystem
- Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze commercial and operational data
- Experience designing Target Operating Models
- Strong stakeholder management and executive influence skills
- Leadership experience managing global teams
- Exposure to SAP OTC, TPM tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong commercial mindset
