What You Will Do
Process the purchases of select Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) orders with assistance and oversight of the Indirect Procurement team. Work with various software and E-commerce systems. Analyze, prepare, and negotiate quote packages. Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, buyers, internal stakeholders & management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated sophomore, junior, or senior with a major study in Business, preferably with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management or Operations, or Engineering Management or Applied Engineering Sciences. You should have excellent judgment and communication skills, and a basic understanding of inventory control, EOQ, A/B/C prioritization, etc.
Requirements
- Major study in Business, preferably with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management or Operations, or Engineering Management or Applied Engineering Sciences
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent judgment and communication skills
- Knowledge of the purchasing processes, including a basic understanding of inventory control, EOQ, A/B/C prioritization, etc.
