What You Will Do
Develop demand planning strategy, forecasting, analytics, and performance management. Lead the monthly demand review and support the broader S&OP process.

Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning, or related disciplines
- Experience building, improving, or transforming planning processes in a growth-oriented or evolving business environment
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights and practical recommendations
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar tools preferred
