Supply Chain Project Manager

The Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for project managing daily operations of one or more supply chain projects, coordinating product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with internal SourceBlue teams. This role will also participate in discussions with SourceBlue and Turner Business Unit (BU) Business Development (BD) teams and project leadership to secure SourceBlue business opportunities. The Supply Chain Project Manager will maintain compliance with purchasing and risk management policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

The Supply Chain Project Manager will perform various duties, including participating in client prospect discussions, supporting technical sales efforts, developing project-specific scopes of work, developing bid packages, soliciting vendor product pricing, and managing vendor contracts and submittals. The Supply Chain Project Manager will also create and update purchasing and submittal logs, manage vendor submittals and factory testing, and manage project and vendor payment applications.

Requirements

• Participate in discussions with SourceBlue and Turner Business Unit (BU) Business Development (BD) teams and project leadership
• Support technical sales effort for BU Business Development/Pre-Construction
• Develop project-specific scopes of work for product vendors
• Maintain compliance with purchasing and risk management policies and procedures
• Manage vendor submittals, factory testing, delivery of products, start-up of equipment, equipment training for owners’ staff, warrantees, and record documents for purchased equipment
• Manage budget and financial reporting for each project
