Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Specialist 3 will be involved in the complete life cycle of procuring materials, equipment, and/or services for assigned projects from the RFP stage through final delivery and contract closeout. The role will involve developing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers, as well as being the key point of contact for suppliers and the project team.
What You Will Do
Develop, review, and negotiate terms and conditions of supplier contracts, manage supplier contracts and relationships, research and evaluate suppliers, ensure material buyers are purchasing high-quality materials at the lowest cost, and prepare/issue Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 2+ years' experience in contracts and supply chain functions
- Supply chain experience must include working with the RFP process, contract development/negotiation, and procurement execution
- Experience working with engineers, estimators, buyers, logistics, and expediting in the procurement process
- Minimum of 10 years of negotiation experience with suppliers
- Experience reviewing and managing contracts and researching new vendors to utilize on projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and general software knowledge of databases to create contracts
- SAP experience a plus
- Strong individual contributor and team player with ability to build relationships
