What You Will Do
Manage daily logistics operations, forecast and plan customer needs, accurately enter and process customer shipping requests, coordinate shipments and resolve exceptions, provide customer service and communication, and support billing, auditing, and operational accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or a related field
- Experience managing customer logistics activities and resolving shipment or delivery issues
- Experience with logistics management systems, customer portals, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience reviewing and auditing shipment information for accuracy
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond proactively to operational issues
