Job Description
We are looking for a System Administrator to own and optimize the technology platforms that power Jetson's field operations. The role sits at the intersection of IT systems administration, integration engineering, and operational efficiency—ensuring that our field technicians, project coordinators, and operations leaders have reliable, real-time access to the data and tools they need to deliver exceptional installations.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Zuper (Field Service Management) and support HubSpot CRM administration, maintaining data integrity, user roles, security settings, and system documentation
  • Manage system configurations, updates, and health monitoring across operational platforms
  • Build and maintain integrations between Zuper, HubSpot, and other operational systems (Google Workspace, timecard systems, reporting tools) via APIs and middleware
