Role OverviewAs a Supply Chain Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the warehouse facility, optimizing operational workflows, managing a diverse team, and maintaining rigorous inventory controls. You will serve as the bridge between procurement, logistics, and the end customer, ensuring that the right products reach the right place at the right time.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations, leading cycle counts and physical audits to ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy, and managing stock levels to prevent bottlenecks or overstocking.

Requirements
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to forecast labor needs and space requirements based on seasonal trends
- Quick thinking to resolve logistics delays, equipment failures, or inventory discrepancies
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with truck drivers, vendors, and corporate executives
