Role OverviewThe Supply Planner plays a critical role in translating customer demand into executable production and supply plans. This role ensures alignment between forecasted demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory targets to support high service levels and efficient plant operations.
What You Will Do
Convert demand forecasts into production plans, monitor inventory levels, balance production capacity, lead times, and inventory targets to maintain service levels while optimizing plant efficiency, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all lines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, inventory management or related discipline
- Experience in food, CPG or manufacturing environment highly desirable
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (Syspro and Translution experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
