Supply Planning Lead

Requirements

• Lead and mentor the supply planning team
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for professional development
• Implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs
• Serve as a liaison between departments to resolve issues and enhance collaboration
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and supply reliability
• Analyze sales forecasts and work with sales to validate and improve the accuracy of the forecast
• Make long term and short-term supply plans and make yearly and monthly production plans and make weekly production schedules
• Drive improvements in the supply process by adapting it to fit the business model in KSA
• Ensure the capability of suppliers to meet the production plans and ensure business continuity related to materials supply
• Monitor the cost of prices of finished goods & materials making sure not exceeding the budgeted prices
• Establish controls for all working capital of raw materials and finished goods
• Define MTS and MTO SKUs & determine the stock level of finished products to meet sales demand and minimize slow and nonmoving items
• Work with materials planning suppliers to maintain the required materials for the production
• Monitor and improve the utilization of available resources
• Evaluate the performance of the toller and issue production orders
• Post all the transactions of production in SAP and provide finance with the Production POs and GRN to process the invoices of the toller
• Work with Finance and do the weekly production settlement and solve all the issues
• Work with Procurement on all the matters related to the contract with the toller & raw material vendors
• Work with Quality to solve the quality issues related to finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials
• Do the monthly, quarterly, yearly stock counts and make sure no variances between the system and physical quantities
