Supply Support Lead

The Supply Support Lead will oversee day-to-day supply logistics operations in support of the United States Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Integrated Logistics Support task order. This is an on-site position requiring regular, in-person interaction with project leadership and government stakeholders.

The Supply Support Lead will be responsible for coordinating and supervising supply personnel, ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer deliverables and supply-related contract requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of supply-chain and logistics principles and practice
• Knowledge of inventory management databases such as Naval Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Fleet Logistics System (FLS)
• Knowledge of provisioning concepts, parts management and supply support
• Familiarity with APLs, AELs, provisioning documentation, and technical data
• Understanding of technical data and documentation
• Familiarity with Government logistics processes, policies, and documentation requirements
• Understanding of quality control and data validation practices
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Ability to analyze technical and supply documentation and determine required actions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and action items
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain spreadsheets, metrics, and trackers as required
• Ability and knowledge to research parts and technical information
• Ability to independently identify issues, research solutions and follow actions through completion
• Ability to perform daily quality control reviews and maintain accurate records
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an integrated program team
