What You Will Do
As an ST&S graduate in the Analytics track, you will complete three rotations over three years in market analytics, structuring, and data science. Responsibilities include performing regular and ad-hoc fundamental market analysis to support trading and origination, generating fundamental and technical trade ideas, identifying gaps in analytics processes, and assisting with recruiting and development efforts.

Requirements
- Working toward Bachelor's degree
- Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Current Cumulative GPA Minimum 3.0
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (bp will not support U.S. Immigration sponsorship for full-time or long-term employment)
- Must be available to start on agreed upon global program start date (June 21, 2027)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong technical skills (math, statistics, programming, etc.)
- Experience with Excel and/or some type of programming language (Python, R, etc.)
