Role OverviewAs a Support Counselor, you will work with an extraordinary team to create long-term impacts on consumer's lives. You will spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with individuals, enhancing independence, and fostering a sense of pride in daily living activities.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include following the Individual Support Plan, enjoying activities at the park and sensory gardens, and assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. You will also teach individuals to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on consumer's lives, enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals, and possess a valid driver's license. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
