Job Description
As a Support Desk Technician at ISOutsource, you will provide first line technical support, solve a wide variety of issues, and work in an energized team and fun office environment. You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and work with a variety of technologies. We offer a total compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 annualized, competitive insurance benefits, 401(k) & Employer match, Generous Paid Time Off schedule, and more.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years of technical support experience preferred
  • IT / Networking certification or ability to attain a certification within 6 months of employment
  • Valid driver's license
