Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship with valid passport or Real ID
  • 7+ years of experience in customer support, incident management, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in technology, business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing escalations in a high-pressure support environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
