Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with valid passport or Real ID
7+ years of experience in customer support, incident management, or related roles
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in technology, business, or related field
Proven experience managing escalations in a high-pressure support environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
