Role OverviewThe Support Lead will execute continuous improvement activities, work on root cause analysis, and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues. This role will install, configure, and maintain Windchill (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) application, and perform upgrade and patch updates of Windchill. The Support Lead will also provide technical support for end-users on Business Admin activities, coordinate deployment and review of releases on Windchill & ThingWorx applications, and use a ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions.
What You Will Do
Install, configure, and maintain Windchill (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) application, Install and Configure of ThingWorx Platform, Perform Upgrade and Patch Updates of Windchill, Rehost and Clone of Windchill applications, Install and Configure CAD Workers (Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, Inventor, NX) and Office Worker, Provide technical support for end-users on Business Admin activities, Coordinate deployment and review of releases on Windchill & ThingWorx applications.

Requirements
