Why It Might Be a Fit
Love working with children is the most important quality. Experience in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required. Strong collaboration and communication skills, patience, and a nurturing attitude are essential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
