Role OverviewSupports retention and completion efforts by advising and supporting students with academic, attendance, or personal issues. Has extensive technical knowledge of Student Services to provide backup support as needed.
What You Will Do
Assists with identifying local employment opportunities, populating job boards, creating resumes, and contacting graduates. Ensures strong employment rates by following up with unemployed students/graduates and utilizing the Employer Development Team to market students to employers.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years high-volume phone or sales experience
- Industry knowledge (preferred)
- Solid understanding of metrics-driven environments with a proven record of meeting or exceeding defined metrics
