Job Description
The CSS Program is an individualized support program designed to assist people with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals while living in the community. The Support Staff CSS is responsible for providing prescribed levels of supervision and implementing behavioral interventions, maintaining timely communication, and accurate documentation.
