Job Description
We are looking for staff to provide direct care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities in our Supportive Living Services Program.

Requirements

  • Ensure individuals' medical health issues are addressed.
  • Implement behavioral goals, teaching strategies, monitoring procedures, exercise programs and other team recommended programs and procedures.
  • Foster community belonging through person-centered appropriate activities
  • Supervises and assists in the preparation of food for individuals following special prescribed diets and food consistency.
  • Assists individuals in community integration and improving their overall quality of life.
