Role OverviewThis role operates in a Supported Employment (SE) Setting, enabling individuals with development or intellectual disabilities to obtain and maintain individual employment. Community Integration Professionals support the mission of the organization, empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life.
What You Will Do
Provide direct support based on individual goals, teach skills, encourage independence, support behavioral strategies, and promote employment-related learning, interests, and community integration. Advocate for individual self-determination, ensure safety, and complete accurate documentation.
