Role OverviewThe Supported Employment Specialist provides individualized employment services to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable career goals. This role combines direct client services, employer engagement, and community outreach to create pathways to meaningful employment for individuals facing multiple challenges.
What You Will Do
Conduct rapid job search activities, complete person-centered vocational assessments, develop individualized employment plans, provide benefits counseling, and assist with job applications and workplace readiness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, or any related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Employment Support Professional)
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience
- Strong skills with technology (e.g. Microsoft Windows and Office Suite)
- Experience with creating and maintaining case notes
- Demonstrated communication and networking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid WA State Driver License and reliable transportation
