As a Supporting Documentation Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, using critical thinking to obtain supporting documentation, prior authorizations, and physician orders. You'll be part of a close-knit team dedicated to serving children and families.
What You Will Do
Obtain supporting documentation, prior authorizations, and physician orders for products and services provided. Maintain patient status information, database of physician orders, and comply with HIPAA and PHS requirements. Collaborate with clinics and staff to gather needed information.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Exceptionally organized, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong keyboard skills
- Durable medical equipment (DME) intake/admissions experience (preferred)
- Experience in Brightree EHR (plus)
- Experience in obtaining title 19 with healthcare providers (plus)
