Job Description
Compass Career Solutions is seeking a Supportive Housing Case Manager to provide case management services and life skill development for homeless individuals and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services and experience in supportive housing or independent living services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field
  • Minimum of one year experience in the coordination of supportive housing or independent living services
  • High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in the coordination of supportive housing or independent living services
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle insured for you as a driver
  • Ability to perform CPR/First Aid as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
