Role OverviewCompass Career Solutions' Housing team provides case management services and life skill development for homeless individuals and families. This role involves daily in-office work and community outreach. The team strives to be the provider of choice for personalized services that enrich people's lives.
What You Will Do
Conduct assessments and interviews with clients, develop action plans, and provide ongoing life skills development. You'll also connect clients to medical and supportive services, establish community networks, and track outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field and a minimum of one year experience in the coordination of supportive housing
- High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in the coordination of supportive housing
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle insured for you as a driver
- Ability to perform CPR/First Aid as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years of age
