Role OverviewCompass Career Solutions' Housing team provides case management services and life skill development for homeless individuals and families. This role involves daily in-office work and community outreach. The team strives to be the provider of choice for personalized services that enrich people's lives.
What You Will Do
Conduct assessments and interviews with clients, develop action plans, provide life skills development, and connect clients to medical and supportive services. Track and report outcomes, and represent Compass at professional meetings and community events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field and a minimum of one year experience in the coordination of supportive housing or in the coordination of independent living services in a social service setting
- A High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in the coordination of supportive housing or in the coordination of independent living services in a social service setting
