Role Overview

The Supported Living Lead is responsible for operations at the assigned service locations, performing duties in the areas of programming, operations, and administrative. They work as a team member with Direct Support Professionals to create a home environment that facilitates individual learning and independence.

What You Will Do

The Supported Living Lead will perform various administrative duties, provide direct support and training to individuals served, and implement goals and objectives as identified in Individual Support Plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Some college education preferred
  • One year of general supervisory experience preferred
  • Two years of experience in direct programming for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration Certification required
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, and an acceptable driving record
