Job Description
The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the daily coordination of work processes to fulfill the organizational objective of Best-in-Class Customer Service. This role is responsible for managing a team of employees, reviewing KPI and SLA reports, and ensuring quality assurance through monitoring calls and chats.
Requirements
Manage a team of 10-12 agents
