Role OverviewThe Supervisor Electric Services oversees substation work performed at Transmission, High Voltage Distribution (HVD) and Distribution Substations as well as the various generating complexes. The incumbent is responsible for the operation of HVD and Distribution substations and associated line equipment in assigned area.
What You Will Do
Participate in local problem solving and implement department initiatives. Advocate of Lean methods, identify, and implement ways to improve substation operations in a safe and cost effective manner. Coordinate of construction, commissioning, and maintenance activities with customers and other interconnected utilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Engineering, Construction with two (2) or more years in supervisory, operations or construction experience.
- Associate Degree in Technical, Engineering, Construction with four (4) or more years in supervisory, operations or construction experience.
- High School Diploma or GED with six (6) or more years in supervisory, operations or construction experience.
