Job Description
Manage a team within the Mortgage Processing Department to achieve SLAs, provide frontline and member support and achieve department goals. Develop the team to provide excellent service for members and employees by maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

  • College degree a strong plus or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mortgage operations
  • Minimum of 2 years of leading teams or management responsibilities preferred
  • Strong process management skills
  • Ability to lead a team to reach departmental and individual goals
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, influencing and technical skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize work and perform well in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to identify proactive solutions to complex situations
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and specialized software specific to or impacting mortgage area
