Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of digital product development projects within the Customer Experience (CX) Program. Ensures all CX initiatives align with and promote ARUP’s strategic goals for client-facing digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Oversee project vetting, initiation, and planning
  • Establish and enforce best practices for business analysis, and UX design
  • Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders
  • Maintain the master schedule and status of CX Program projects
  • Ensure successful delivery of project milestones
  • Perform all supervisory functions for Business Analysts / Product Owners, and UX Designers
  • Participate in the development of position descriptions and performance standards for CX Program roles
  • Responsible for hiring, training, motivation, counseling, and, if necessary, termination of direct reports
  • Assist with the development of operational and capital financial plans for the CX Program
  • Conduct annual reviews for direct reports
