Job Description
Nutrien is a leading crop input and service provider seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role involves receiving, warehousing, and shipping products, leading commercial drivers, and maintaining warehouse operations with a focus on safety and customer service. The position is on-site and requires a proactive and adaptable individual.

Requirements

  • Ensure products, supplies, and equipment are handled and stored in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately record quality and quantity of goods received and shipped, maintaining detailed records.
  • Coordinate shipments with internal resources and external transportation vendors.
  • Maintain accurate and complete inventory records, providing reports to maintain visibility of current inventory levels.
  • Complete routine maintenance on equipment, making minor repairs as needed.
  • Ensure manager is promptly notified of equipment requiring significant repairs.
  • Lead warehouse operations during the Warehouse Manager’s absence.
  • Model our core value of safety by always utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.
