Job Description
This is a remote position for a Surety Consultant assisting with construction claims, risk assessment, and surety provider support. The role emphasizes employee empowerment, goal achievement, and positive team coordination. The Consultant supports the success of a Surety group through production of high-quality work product and project management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (work experience considered)
5+ years of professional experience in construction project management or claim management
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to manage complex tasks and perform under high-pressure conditions
Proven track record of independent work product production and project management
Professional certifications (PE, RA, CDT, CCCA, or CCM) is a plus
