Job Description
This is a remote position for a Surety Consultant assisting with construction claims, risk assessment, and surety provider support. The role emphasizes employee empowerment, goal achievement, and positive team coordination. The Consultant supports the success of a Surety group through production of high-quality work product and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (work experience considered)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in construction project management or claim management
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and perform under high-pressure conditions
  • Proven track record of independent work product production and project management
  • Professional certifications (PE, RA, CDT, CCCA, or CCM) is a plus
