Job Description
At Summit Orthopedics, we are looking for a Surgery Center Coordinator/Injection Scheduler to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our Eagan Surgery Center, with variable start times between 5:30 - 8:00 AM. The successful candidate will schedule surgery center procedures and registration of patients, and provide high-level customer service.

Requirements

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer service
  • Prepare patient medical charts
  • Order supplies and forms
  • Review patient information for accuracy and completeness
  • Register new patients and collect payments
  • Enter case history into electronic medical record
  • File completed medical records
  • Coordinate interpreter services for patients with hearing or language barriers
