The Surgery Manager has administrative and clinical responsibility in the surgery, sterile processing, and specialty clinic departments.

Requirements

  • Manages clinic for specialty providers outreach.
  • Manages the coordination of anesthesia for surgery-consulted service.
  • Manages surgery department which includes peri-op and intra-op.
  • Manages sterile processing department.
  • Responsible for delegating or performing daily administrative duties of the departments of surgery, anesthesia, sterile processing, specialty clinic, including: staffing and scheduling, daily communications, materials management, policies and procedures, etc.
