Requirements

  • Previous experience in surgery scheduling, medical office operations, or healthcare coordination required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and insurance authorization processes
  • Experience working with EMR systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
