Role OverviewThe Surgical Scheduler enhances the patient/customer experience by scheduling inpatient/outpatient procedures and/or surgeries. The role supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by emphasizing prompt and courteous treatment of all patients.
What You Will Do
Collect and review patient insurance information, complete pre-procedure phone calls, confirm appointment times with patients, and provide patient with necessary pre-operative instructions.
