Role OverviewThe Surgical Scheduler enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally scheduling inpatient/outpatient procedures and/or surgeries.
What You Will Do
Collect and review patient insurance information, complete pre-procedure phone calls, confirm appointment times with patients, and provide patient with all necessary pre-operative instructions.
