Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is seeking a Surgical Services Staff Development Manager to develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs for the Surgical Services Department. The position involves leadership, teaching, and staff development skills, with a focus on promoting quality patient care and education.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent of education, experience, knowledge, and abilities
  • Current California RN License in good standing
  • Three (3) years of clinical/teaching/leadership experience for Acute Care Hospital, and/or perioperative OR perianesthnesia procedural services
