Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at UT Southwestern. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in surgical technology and a strong knowledge of eight to ten surgical specialties. The position offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including a PPO medical plan, paid time off, and retirement programs.

Requirements

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in surgical technology
  • Knowledge of eight to ten surgical specialties
  • Ability to operate basic/standard operating room equipment
  • Completion of a Basic Life Support (BLS) course approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
