What You Will Do
The Certified Surgical Scrub Technician/First Assist (CST/FA) and Registered Nurse, First Assist (RNFA) provide patient care under the direct supervision of the surgeon and Clinical Manager, respectively. They work collaboratively with other care team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- First Assistant should be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified First Assist (CFA or CSA)
- Graduate of an Accredited Program in Nursing (BSN required within 3 years of hire)
- RN - Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License
- RNFA - Registered Nurse First Assist
