Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Perioperative Services, the Surgical Technologist is responsible for filling the surgical scrub role on all types of minor and major surgical procedures, assisting physicians and nurses in medical and technical procedures, and complying with hospital practice standards and regulations of governing agencies.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist required
  • Two years previous experience as an operating room technician desired
  • Current BCLS
