Requirements
- Completion of Surgical Tech Program or Evidence of NYS Dept of Health Exemption
- Active NYS LPN license
- BLS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation
- Certification as Surgical Technologist (required for Surgical Tech Program Graduates without the Evidence of Exemption) or Current NYS Licensed Pratical Nurse. CPI
- One year of experience in the healthcare field, or completion of scrub tech training program with a evidence of application for Surgical Tech Certification
