Job Description
This individual will work closely with the OR team and be engaged and fully understand the Mission, Values, and Strategy of Synergy Plastic Surgery. The position requires technical skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a formal training program
  • Two years direct experience scrubbing General Surgery Cases
  • At least one year experience processing instruments
  • Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist Program
  • Current Surgical Technologist certification
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to Detail and following Policies set forth by the Department
  • Critical Thinking Skills along with good communication skills
