What You Will Do
Assess procedures, prepare instrumentation, and provide care according to established standards and policies. Communicate effectively with team members and surgeons, and maintain confidentiality.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires certification as a Surgical Technologist, good communication skills, and ability to lift 50-75 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods and care for patients with infectious diseases.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of Surgical Technology or similar training
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Certified Surgical Technologist
