Role OverviewThe Surgical Technologist is an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. They work under the supervision of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
What You Will Do
Check supplies and equipment, open sterile supplies, set up sterile table, ensure compliance with Universal Protocol, anticipate additional supplies needed during procedure, gown and glove surgeon and assistants, and pass instruments to surgeon during procedure.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Surgical Technologist certification preferred
- BLS certification required upon hire
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital environment preferred
