Role OverviewAssists in the care of the surgical patient by performing the scrubbing role of handling instruments, equipment and supplies.
What You Will Do
Anticipates, plans for and responds to the needs of the surgeon and other members of the team by constantly monitoring the sterile field, demonstrates proper handling of instruments and equipment, identifies potential intraoperative complications and responds appropriately, and assists team in maintaining adequate inventory of equipment, supplies and instruments.
