Job Description
Lead the Legacy. Build the Future. Pima Medical Institute is hiring a Surgical Technology Program Director in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, holds an active CST credential, and has at least three years of recent OR or teaching experience.

Requirements

  • Certified Surgical Technologist credential
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • At least three years of recent OR or teaching experience
  • Ability to lead instructors and foster a culture of high standards and continuous improvement
  • Ability to mentor students to maintain an 80% success rate
  • Ability to ensure CAAHEP/ABHES accreditation standards are met
  • Ability to develop curriculum and manage a program that prepares graduates to excel
