Job Description
Observes gaming and operational areas using video surveillance systems to ensure laws, policies and procedures are being followed and maintained. Reports any and all gaming violations and/or thefts of Horseshoe St. Louis property. Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Must have 20/20 corrected vision
  • Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
